Outwood Primary Academy Darfield rated ‘Good’ following recent Ofsted inspection

Outwood Primary Academy Darfield were inspected by OFSTED during November.  At its last inspection (prior to becoming Outwood Primary Academy Darfield) the academy was judged to ‘require improvement’.  We are delighted to announce that following our recent inspection OFSTED have now judged the academy to be good in all areas with outstanding leadership and management.  We are also pleased that the academy’s work to promote children’s personal development and welfare was judged to be outstanding.

The OFSTED report, which can be downloaded from our website, highlighted the rapid transformation of the academy.  This has only been achieved by children, staff, families and governors and the community working together with the single aim of putting children first in order to raise standards and transform lives.
