Discover career opportunities at Outwood

Outwood Grange Academies Trust is an award-winning multi-academy education trust with passion, purpose and people at our heart. We manage 41 transformative primary, junior, secondary and Post 16 schools up and down the North of England, from Redcar to Nottinghamshire, each celebrating very different identities but driven by a shared vision. Each academy is individually shaped around the community and children it serves.

OGAT is currently raising standards and transforming the lives of over 30,000 students in their classrooms. The family of schools work together to ensure that all children, irrespective of their starting point, receive an excellent education.

We will be attending an Eteach recruitment event being held at St Mary’s University College in Belfast on Wednesday 3 May. Anyone who would like more information about working for Outwood can drop in at the event at any time between 11.45am and 4.30pm.

We will also be hosting our own event on the following evening for teaching professionals who are currently in a role as a teacher, second in department, head of department or senior leader. The event will be held in the Botanic Suite situated within the Leonardo Hotel, Great Victoria Street, Belfast on Thursday 4 May, from 3pm until 8pm

Come and have a chat with our colleagues about the opportunities available across our academies and check out the generous salary and relocation packages that we have available. We will discuss how you can apply for our positions and answer any questions that you may have, face to face and in an informal setting.

As an employer, OGAT offers many benefits for its employees, including:

●          Family friendly policies from day one

●          Enhanced occupational benefits available (such as maternity, adoption and parental leave) with no qualifying period

●          Funded CPD for qualifications up to and including Masters level
